OPERATIONS ACCOUNT
Help support YVLT's daily operations by contributing directly to where the deals get done! Assist YVLT with the cost of operational overhead, hard-working staff and background support for complex conservation transactions. With a growing number of landowners eager to work with YVLT, these contributions enable YVLT to meet the rising demand for land conservation projects throughout the region.
CURRENT GOAL: $400,000 ANNUALLY
YVLT OPERATING ENDOWMENT FUND
Yampa Valley Land Trust must build this Endowment Fund to perpetuate a strong and stable organization with the ability to carry on the ever-increasing demand for conservation in the Yampa Valley and Northwest Colorado.
CURRENT GOAL: $2,000,000
YVLT STEWARDSHIP ENDOWMENT FUND
With the escalating number of conservation easements held by YVLT, it is imperative that the Stewardship Endowment Fund have the capacity to support the annual stewardship and monitoring of the important land resources protected through YVLT’s conservation easements.
CURRENT GOAL: $2,000,000
YVLT CONSERVATION PROJECT FUND
The Project Fund directly assists with costs for the growing number of conservation opportunities in Northwest Colorado. This Fund also houses YVLT's Revolving Loan Fund, which provides immediate access to dollars needed to close conservation projects.
