Yampa Valley Land Trust has permanently protected approximately 45,213 acres in 66 conservation transactions throughout Northwest Colorado. YVLT has also assisted the local community with the conservation of an additional 5,000 acres of land, most of which provides public access. Plus, YVLT worked to protect the 250-acre Rehder Ranch Nature Preserve.
Nearly 6,000 additional conserved acres are scheduled to close between the end of 2010 and the second quarter of 2011 - with many new projects waiting for your support.

• YVLT has collaborated on other Community Conservation Projects protecting an additional 5,000 acres of land – the majority of which is open to public recreation.
