Every conservation easement transaction is a partnership between the
landowner and the land conservation organization.
Most recently, Yampa Valley Land Trust is honored to have had the
opportunity to conserve the following property, bringing the number of acres in
Northwest Colorado permanent protected by Yampa Valley Land Trust to
